Silk Garden Stained Glass
My assistant Connie and I had a great time making this blanket. It's a twist on the classic log cabin pattern done in the Noro Silk Garden. We used 18 different colours and the last 2 squares are made out of the leftovers.
Even though it is done in square there is NO sewing up. Everything is joined together using the three needle bind off so the only sewing is weaving in your ends. This project proved that garter stitch does not have to be boring!!!
